Nothing says Love like FGB
8 seconds faster, 2 more reps, 1 more round..whatever the improvement, it's still an improvement . Trying to increase power output becomes increasingly daunting as we near our limits of our potential. The increase in pain seems to go up exponentially relative to the increase in work capacity, but the benefits to our fitness are directly correlated. It may seem like a few seconds and a few pounds don't matter that much, but believe me, they do. Every bit of extra intensity you can muster in each workout will be returned as greater fitness. Every PR is significant. We saw lots of PR's in Fight Gone Bad yesterday and today. Some as small as three reps and others as large as 80. I am excited for the progress that everyone is making.
